Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Mechanical Design Engineer. This position will be located near Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Mechanical Design Engineer will develop and design material handling equipment for clients.

The salary is commensurate with experience ranging up to $100K, plus other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

responsibilities:

• Develop and design material handling equipment for various clients

• Develop 3D CAD Solidworks models and drawings

• Ensures that all drawings are detailed, accurate, complete and in accordance with customer requirements and company procedures

• Analyzes customer, mechanical, structural and regulatory requirements to develop practical, effective, and complete bulk material handling equipment
