The preferred candidate will have a successful track record of problem solving, a "can-do" attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to liaise positively with all levels of management.  Must be comfortable with change in all its facets and be able to lead others.

Responsibilities:

- - Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience. - Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data and auditing for accuracy and compliance. - Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues. - Schedule and plan meetings and appointments. - Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages. - Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues. - Serve as the point person for office assistant duties including: Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills, Errands, Shopping - Schedule meetings and appointments - Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment. - Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment. - Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time. - Provide general support to visitors. - Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services. - Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills:

- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work - Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. - Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. - Comfortable learning new technical systems as needed. - Proven experience as an Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
