Robert Half Carrier Account Associate in Holland, Ohio

Description We are in search of a Carrier Account Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work in collaboration with internet providers on data circuit orders for customers, managing the process from start to finish. This role offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment and provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire life cycle of data orders, from prequalification to completion, ensuring accurate data entry into V-Select and master spreadsheets. • Keep track of installation progress, follow up on FOC dates, and initiate necessary service and trouble tickets. • Assist with troubleshooting carrier related issues and maintain open communication with assigned carriers. • Ensure all required carrier paperwork is completed correctly, and that contracted rates or special pricing are applied to each order. • Provision local phone service accounts, working with long distance and toll free numbers. • Obtain quotes from new carriers for internet services for our customers and assist the NOC and billing department in troubleshooting post-install issues. • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, assisting with monthly customer billing, running monthly agent commission reports, and accounts receivable management. • Participate in creative teamwork and brainstorming for promotional materials, such as company website content. Also, run reports as needed for various customers. • Utilize skills in 'Avaya CMS', 'Crystal Reports', 'Management System', 'Microsoft Access', 'Microsoft Excel', 'About Time', 'Communication', 'Customer Service', 'Documentation', 'Human Resources (HR) Administration', 'Basic Troubleshooting'. Requirements • Proficiency in Avaya CMS and Crystal Reports.

• Experience with Management Systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of About Time software.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to create clear and concise documentation.

• Experience with Human Resources (HR) Administration.

• Basic troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
