Robert Half Voice Analyst in Holland, Ohio

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Telecommunications Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to our Network Operations Center, where you will be responsible for provisioning and maintaining VoIP related products and services. As a part of our team, you will serve as an escalation point for technical support for our national voice services platform, ensuring the smooth operation of our services remotely.

Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary escalation point for field agents regarding VoIP related dispatches and trouble tickets. • Monitor network devices, interfaces, and trouble tickets to ensure continuous monitoring for problems impacting customer voice services. • Troubleshoot issues with our voice services and update call paths as needed. • Coordinate with carriers and vendors to open new trouble tickets, schedule dispatches, and stay up to date on existing trouble tickets. • Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding service troubles or call path changes in a timely and detail oriented manner. • Coordinate the proper installation and configuration of voice service components. • Maintain active communication with our customers, on-site technicians, and carrier service providers. • Collaborate with our Technical Support Engineers and VoIP Engineers to support and troubleshoot our voice platforms. • Ensure all tickets and jobs are handled quickly and accurately from start to finish.

Skills: • Proficiency in Cisco Voice Over Internet (Voip), Voice over internet protocol (VoIP), VoIP, VOIP - Voice Over IP, VoIP System, IP Telephony, Telephony System, Network Operation Center. • Basic Troubleshooting skills. • Familiarity with ISDN, SIP. • Strong Customer Service skills and ability to Resolve Customer Service issues. • Superior Customer Service skills are a must. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Telecommunications Specialist or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Cisco Voice Over Internet (VoIP)

• Knowledge of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)

• Experience with VoIP System and IP Telephony

• Familiarity with Telephony System

• Experience working in a Network Operation Center

• Basic Troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of ISDN and SIP

• Exceptional Customer Service skills

• Ability to resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally
