We are looking for an Experienced Remodel Plumber to Join our Team. In this position you would be:
Completing plumbing remodel calls within their current area of expertise.
Establishing customer rapport to instill confidence in the team and sell the right products and services
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
Have the ability to exceed the minimum KPI goal.
Successfully complete follow-up calls.
Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
Desired Skills and Experience
Licensed Journeyman Plumber
Remodel/New Construction experience is required
Competent in the use of all tools and resources related to basic remodel calls.
Knowledge of Plumbing and gas codes and proper safety standards.
Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
Ability to take timely action to solve problems using established policies and procedures.
Ability to read and understand policy manuals, safety, rules, and procedures.
Hold at least one state license or certification.
Engaged in further technical development (i.e. Different disciplines and cross-training).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
