Seasonal/Temporary work from 2/15/2025 - 12/15/2025
Hours are variable Monday-Saturday, 6:30am-5:30pm, with one (1), unpaid, hour for lunch. Duties include planting, harvesting, tilling, clearing, fertilizing, spray drainage, mowing, and bale transport for rice, cotton, soybeans and corn. Workers must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. May repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment. All tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned are provided to the worker, without charge or deposit. Hours may fluctuate due to weather conditions or mechanical breakdowns but will not reduce the 3/4 guarantee\ over the life of the contract. Housing is provided at no cost for workers who cannot reasonably return to permanent residence at end of workday. Once hired, workers may be required to take a random drug test (at no cost to the worker), as part of fitness for duty and workers safety. Drug testing relates to safety assurance in a working environment. Testing positive or failure to comply with the random drug testing may result in immediate termination from employment. Possibility of work breakdown will not reduce workers guarantee over the life of the contract.

Nor does any job order accepted or recruited upon by the ES constitute a contractual job offer to which the ETA or a SWA is in any way a party
