Our client, a vertically integrated real estate development company with residential, commercial, retail and mixed use properties needs to hire another Accounts Payable Specialist due to growth. work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and invoices and check requests.

• Match and batch invoices.

• Set up invoices for payment.

• Process checks, wire transfers and ACH payments.

• Reconcile payments.

• Monitor payments and ensure they are up to date

• Resolve discrepancies.
