We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist who excels in a fast-paced setting and enjoys the challenge of high-volume transactions. As a crucial member of our team, you'll play a key role in managing our AR processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency, while helping drive the financial health of our organization. Responsibilities

• Prepare regular accounts receivable reports for management, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts.

• Analyze AR data and identify trends or areas for improvement.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of AR tasks for monthly financial reporting.

• Adhere to accounting policies and ensure AR practices comply with company guidelines.

• Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and streamline workflows.

• Work with sales, customer service, and finance teams to address AR-related inquiries and support customer relationships.

• Assist in resolving customer disputes and managing credits and adjustments.

• Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits related to accounts receivable.

• These responsibilities ensure the role is focused on accuracy, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving within the AR function.
