As a CNC Programmer/Operator at Polymershapes LLC, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our commitment to excellence and innovation. Responsibilities

 Program 5-axis CNC equipment

 Program CNC machines for a variety of part construction and geometry

 Select cutting tools, tool paths, cutting speeds and feed rates appropriate for each job

 Plans machining by studying work orders, production paperwork, materials, specifications,

dimensions and tolerances

 Develop and implement best machining practices for honeycomb product

 Assist in all phases of the product life cycle

 Specify and implement product and process improvement

 Produce drawings for internal and external production

 Plans machining by studying work orders, production paperwork, materials, specifications,

dimensions and tolerances

 Evaluates programs for machine equipment by entering instructions, including zero and reference

points; setting tool registers, offsets; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry,

and trigonometry; proving part programs.

 Process each order per order/customer specifications

The essential functions of this role include:
