Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

• Reconcile and maintain accuracy in high-volume invoicing and receivables.

• Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of financial statements such as P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.

• Monitor and report financial data including invoice tracking and payment schedules.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.

• Contribute to financial forecasting, analysis, and budgeting processes.

• Assist in audit preparation and ensure records are maintained for internal and external audits.

Skills

• Accounts Payable (5 years of experience is required)

• Accounts Receivable (5 years of experience is required)

• Bank Reconciliations (5 years of experience is required)

• General Ledger Entries (5 years of experience is required)
