Seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to join the team.The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting, with a focus on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and logistics coordination. This role involves overseeing AP/AR functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, supporting the financial health of the company, and managing logistics operations. Responsibilities

• Process customer payments, including checks, credit cards, and cash.

• Enter invoices, deposits, and other financial transactions into accounting software.

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist with collections and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders with vendors.

• Enter freight invoices into accounting software.

• Reconcile bills with shipment documentation.
