IT (SailPoint) Consultant Holyoke, MA We are looking for an IT (SailPoint) Consultant to fill a position assisting our client in the Enterprise Application Support Department. This is a contract position going through March 17, 2025, with possible extension beyond that period. You will have the option to work either a hybrid or remote work schedule. Primary Responsibilities: Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for business partners, addressing inquiries, issues, and requirements related to identity and access management. Provide timely and effective resolution to customer reported problems and incidents. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. Enhancements and Development: Participate in small scale development projects to enhance SailPoint functionality and meet evolving business needs. Design, develop, test, and implement SailPoint solutions, ensuring high quality deliverables. Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and workflows. Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of SailPoint implementations, identifying opportunities for optimization. Implement measures to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness. Collaborate with team members to conduct periodic performance assessments and implement improvements. Connected Applications Integration: Work closely with various business units to integrate and manage connected applications within the SailPoint ecosystem: Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between SailPoint and integrated applications. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring a reliable and efficient IAM environment. Documentation and Training: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SailPoint configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end users as needed. Minimum Requirements / Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 3+ experience supporting SailPoint applications Requirements include: Must have SailPoint experience and have the ability to hit the ground running Experience with connector development and customization. Solid understanding of identity and access management principles and practices. Proficiency in Java/ Beanshell programming for SailPoint development. Experience with building custom workflows, forms, quicklinks using SailPoint Experience in developing custom lifecycle events, rules, custom reports and certifications Experience in performing upgrades, applying patches and evaluating CVEs Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to identity management systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a small team environment. Preferred Qualifications: SailPoint IdentityNow certification. Familiarity with related IAM technologies and industry best practices.
