Schedule:
Feldco Sales Reps work Monday -Thursday & Saturday (up to 3 leads a day)
Monday – Thursday:
12:30 pm, 3:30 pm, 6:30 pm appointments
Saturday:
9:30 am, 12:30 pm, 3:30 pm appointments

Job Responsibilities:
Training Program:
Become a Feldco product knowledge expert in windows, doors, siding, and roofs.
Learn our proven Feldco sales process that transforms recruits into success stories.
Perfect in-home sales demonstrations to maximize lead conversion.
Post-Training:
Attend pre-qualified and scheduled sales appointments.
Conduct in-home product demonstrations following the Feldco sales process.
Convert and close in-home sales demonstrations.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to project completion.
Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and company metrics.
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Vehicle.
Highly self-motivated and ambitious.
Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
Customer-facing experience preferred.
Demonstrated intelligence and problem-solving ability.
Accountability for customer satisfaction.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Bilingual candidates are a plus.
Job Information:
Hours: Feldco Sales Representatives work Monday through Thursday and on Saturdays, with up to three leads scheduled per day. On Monday through Thursday, appointments are set for 12:30 PM, 3:30 PM, and 6:30 PM. On Saturdays, appointments are scheduled for 9:30 AM, 12:30 PM, and 3:30 PM.

Pay Range: $70,000-200,000
