Responsible for directly supervising the loan processing function to ensure steady workflow and to meet established deadlines; includes the direct supervision of the loan operations team leader; duties may include training and formulating work schedules; must be a working supervisor performing routine tasks.

Education:  Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration preferred or a high school diploma or equivalent with related experience. 

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years' loan operations experience and a minimum of two (2) years in a management position.   Extensive loan operations knowledge is desired.

Skills:  Good keyboarding and PC skills.  Proficient in Microsoft Office products, and highly effective communication skills.  Must be accurate and detail-oriented, strong managerial abilities, advanced troubleshooting, and multi-tasking.

The successful candidate must be able to work a 40-hour work week that includes some Saturday mornings.
