Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently hiring compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for our CNA FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE position. Join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii and provide high-quality care to seniors at our facility. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in assisting residents with their daily activities, physical tasks, and emotional support to ensure their overall wellbeing. Responsibilities: * Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. * Monitor residents' physical and mental health, promptly reporting any changes to the supervising nurse. * Provide emotional support to residents and engage them in recreational activities. * Observe and record residents' vital signs, reporting any abnormalities to the nurse. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in residents' rooms, assisting with laundry as needed. * Follow safety and infection control protocols to ensure the wellbeing of residents. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans. Requirements: * Valid CNA certification from an accredited program. * Minimum of 1-year experience working as a CNA in a healthcare or senior care facility. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. * Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
