In this role, you ensure all contracts are meticulously reviewed, compliant with laws, and properly approved, while maintaining clear and effective communication with all involved parties.

• Coordinate and track contracts through all required processes with relevant departments and contractors.
• Review contracts for compliance with laws and policies, prepare revisions, and guide necessary changes.
• Develop contracts for consultants or department-wide services, including scope and selection assistance.
• Serve as liaison with the Attorney General's office for contract-related issues and approvals.
• Ensure all required approvals, certificates, and legal documents are obtained and properly filed.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of contract management principles and relevant State and Federal regulations; ability to acquire necessary knowledge.
• Proficient in interpreting statutes, regulations, and policies; skilled in written and oral communication; adept at navigating organizational structures and governmental processes.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 1.5 years in business or public administration with analytical responsibilities, focusing on policy evaluation and improvement.
• 2 years in administrative or analytical roles within public health programs, demonstrating familiarity with program plans and policies.
