Dental Hygienist-Part-Time One (1) Position Available

Koko Head Dental is seeking a Part-Time Dental Assistant to join their customer friendly team. The office is situated in Hawaii Kai, since 2005. It offers quality cosmetic and family dentistry.

Job Duties: Include, but not limited to: conducting initial mouth screenings, checking oral health history, identifying conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis, educating patient on proper teeth care, instructing patients after dental procedures, taking x-rays.

Dental Assistants assist in the set-up/break-down of operatory.

Skills:

• Knowledge of relevant health/safety rules
• Keen eye for oral diseases and anomalies
• Excellent communication (verbal/written)
• Dentrix knowledge helpful
• Basic computer skills

Experience: One (1) year experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist preferred.

License Requirements: Active Hawaii State Hygiene License

Schedule: When available for either half-day or full-day.

Pay: Starting from $50.00/hour (Based on Performance)
