General Manager One (1) Position Available

Job Duties: Overall general management of the company. Manage manufacturing for HiLife original brand items. Plan new designs and items with HiLife licensors. Coordinate store business promotions with vendors. Plan yearly sales budget. Manage company financial plan with parent company treasurer. Plan HiLife brand inventory for Hawaii and Japan stores every season. Seek out new opportunities to expand business in the United States. Supervise Store Manager. Responsible for managing wholesale contacts. Responsible for human resources including hiring and firing.

Experience Requirements: [Must have 24 months of experience as a sales manager or closely related occupation. This experience must include the following: (1) directing and developing sales plans to acquire new customers; (2) supervising a team of at least 5 sales employees, including setting sales quotas, scheduling, training, hiring, and termination; (3) analyzing sale statistics and projecting sales and profitability; (4) reviewing financial statements, including profit/loss and balance sheets; (5) planning an annual sales budget of at least $250,000.00.]{#_Hlk168604010}

Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or closely related field. Foreign equivalent degree accepted.
