We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join our team in the healthcare industry, located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role involves a wide range of HR duties, from full cycle benefits administration to employee engagement initiatives, and recruitment. Responsibilities:

• Administer full cycle benefits, including compensation, wellness, health and safety, and training and development.

• Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.

• Assist in the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with strategic goals.

• Participate in administrative staff meetings and other meetings and seminars.

• Partner with management to communicate HR policies, procedures, programs, and laws.

• Establish departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of strategic goals.

• Conduct market research and prepare benefits and compensation studies to help establish competitive benefits and compensation practices.

• Act as a liaison between employees, Human Resources, and third party vendors with any benefit questions/concerns.

• Administer disability and worker's compensation claims.

• Foster employee engagement, recognition, and rewards plans, programs, and events.

• Utilize skills in ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, and Employee Relations.

Requirements • Proven experience as an HR Generalist in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry

• Proficiency in HRMS, ADP Workforce Now, and Ceridian systems

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Expertise in administering compensation and benefit functions

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance procedures

• Proficient in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Excellent skills in handling employee relations

• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Solid understanding of people management and HR best practices

• Experience in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
