This position would be responsible for building a plan and going after the market (Condos, Sr. Housing, Dorms, Rental Portfolios new Developments in the greater Cincinnati area, etc) with a triple play (dial tone, internet, and video) product offering and long term marketing partnerships agreements. In addition to going after this market, this position will need to build a team of sales and sales support people to respond to the needs of this department.

Essential Functions (https://recruiting.adp.com/smicro/ui/adprm/#EssentialFunctions) :

• Negotiate bulk agreements and long term marketing agreements with MDU residential rental portfolio partners

• Build and maintain long lasting relationships within the rental property management industry

• Cold call and prospect new business

• Work with finance, product and legal on large commercial agreements

• Build and maintain a 0-18 month sales funnel

Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses (https://recruiting.adp.com/smicro/ui/adprm/#Certs) :

Must possess a valid driver's license

Relevant Work Experience (https://recruiting.adp.com/smicro/ui/adprm/#GeneralWorkExp) :

5 to 7 years in related field

Previous experience in sales, sales management, sales development previous supervisory experience. Experience in telecommunications industry a plus

Demonstrated ability to negotiate large commercial agreements

Must be able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.

Salary Range - $60k-$90k
