We are seeking an Operations Management Sr. Analyst to bring their skills to one of our international financial services client accounts. The Operations Management Sr. Analyst will be responsible for tracking adherence to established fire and life safety processes and procedures in support of regulatory, and legislative compliance. The position will require detailed program management oversight, providing FLS Managers with advanced day-to-day operations support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement governance and processes in support of the FLS function.

  • Manage processes and reporting responsibilities in the following major areas of responsibility:

  • Governance

  • Regulatory compliance

  • Emergency drills and evacuation drill reporting

  • Tracking Fire Warden and First Aider oversight and emergency related training

  • AED Management oversight and reporting

  • Quality assurance

  • Fire and Life Safety issue tracking

  • Fire alarm equipment tracking

  • Ensure effective processes to support Client reporting deliverables

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated inquiries and requests from internal and external clients.

  • Evaluate department processes and procedures and identify opportunities to improve service delivery. Make recommendations to management.

  • Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies for local programs.

  • Compile a variety of complex operating, financial, and statistical information reports.

  • Oversee the development of project plans and costs. This includes personnel and fiscal requirements to achieve defined objectives.

  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.

  • Have a broad knowledge of your own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince us to reach an agreement.

  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.

  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to clients and internal partners

  • Ability to effectively present information

  • Ability to handle projects with short deadlines

  • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations

  • Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills

  • Advanced knowledge of additional Microsoft Office applications

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Ops Mgmt Sr Analyst position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Ops Mgmt Sr Analyst position is $90,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
