Always Best Care Senior Services Physical Therapist NEEDED - $55-$70 in Honolulu, Hawaii

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Physical Therapist to join our esteemed team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. Description of the Role: As a Physical Therapist at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional, personalized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. With the flexibility to create your own schedule, you will have the freedom to align it with your needs and preferences. Your Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the individual needs of patients, both initially and on an ongoing basis. * Collaborate closely with physicians to develop and modify personalized treatment plans based on patient progress. * Contribute to the development and implementation of interdisciplinary patient care plans specifically tailored to physical therapy. * Work closely with physicians to administer diagnostic and prognostic tests to evaluate patients' muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities. * Utilize a diverse range of physical therapy techniques, such as exercise, massage, heat, water, light, and electricity, to effectively alleviate pain, enhance function, and optimize performance. * Educate and guide patients and their families in the physical therapy program. Provide necessary equipment and coordinate outpatient services for procedures not administered at home. * Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, treatments, and patients' therapy intervention responses. * Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and paraprofessionals, strictly adhering to agency policies. Your Requirements: * Graduate of a Physical Therapy school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association, in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association. * Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Hawaii. * Preferred minimum of one year of institutional/home health experience. * Complete criminal background check and current CPR certification.
