Salary: $70,000 per year

Job Description:

Kelly Services is looking for a dedicated Revenue Accountant to manage financial records and reporting according to GAAP and other regulations for our client in Honolulu.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain and close financial records within deadlines

• Oversee accounting staff and processes (accounts receivables, billbacks, revenue management, store audits)

• Collaborate with Revenue Manager to identify and resolve issues

• Support annual audits and reviews

• Oversee daily store audits and resolve credit card inquiries

• Process credit card payments and reconcile accounts

• Ensure data accuracy and prepare financial reports

• Improve policies, procedures, and internal controls

• Assist stores with POS operations and perform other accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or accounting

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Team management experience; ability to lead and motivate

• Confidentiality and deadline adherence

• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Great Plains a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, use hands, reach, and talk/hear regularly

• Frequently lift/move up to 10 pounds; occasionally carry up to 25 pounds

Communication Requirements:

• Interact with employees, supervisors, managers, executives, and vendors

• Handle written and verbal requests

Work Environment:

• Office environment with light noise levels
