ManpowerGroup 2nd Shift Customer Service Associate in Hookstown, Pennsylvania

Our client, a leader in logistics and customer service, is seeking a 2nd Shift Customer Service Associate to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Customer Service Associate, you will be part of the customer support department, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Customer Service Associate

Location: Clinton, PA

Pay Range: $18/hr

What's the Job?

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone to address inquiries and resolve issues.

  • Assist in logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery of products.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.

What's Needed?

  • Prior logistics experience is preferred.

  • Strong customer service experience, particularly in a call center environment.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
