Onsemi is seeking an applications test engineer to work at our facility in East Fishkill, NY.

Summary of Role:

This position is for a Semiconductor Test Applications Engineer. Engineers in this position develop, and deploy electrical parametric tests on electrical test structures and wafer probe tests to enable data to monitor and evaluate the wafer fabrication process. Test engineers analyze data coming from the testers and work with vendors and maintenance teams to drive solutions to improve complex test issues.

Test engineers provide analysis and subject matter expertise to identify signals, excursions, and continuous improvement opportunities. They work with technical experts in integration and process engineering to solve complex technical problems contributing to yield loss.
