Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the on-site construction of a new RNG facility in west central Michigan. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management, proven leadership skills, and direct experience with RNG or similar projects, including the installation and commissioning of equipment and systems related to gas collection, upgrading, and distribution.

responsibilities:

• Oversee project execution, construction, and site safety from civil work to commissioning, start-up, and closeout.

• Plan, organize, and report on site scheduling and progress.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including financial reporting.

• Manage budgets, contractor schedules, and on-site teams.

• Communicate with external regulators, auditors, and internal project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience on multi-disciplinary, large-scale projects.

• Expertise in construction safety, regulations, and compliance.

• Experience with CPM schedules and Project Execution Plans.

• Physical ability to navigate construction sites and occasionally lift items over 25 pounds.

• Proven organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in renewable natural gas (RNG) projects.
