Hopkins is located 7 miles west of Minneapolis, boasting natural surroundings in a suburban environment that also provides quick access to major travel ways and local restaurants that give our community a distinct character. Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the flow of work between the HR groups and the Shared Services group. This position entails being a liaison in the Total Rewards processes. The HR Administrator provides office support to the Human Resources team and leaders by performing a multitude of responsibilities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Total Rewards: 40 % Oversee corporate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and termination processing in relevant systems. Assist with MiSource and UltiPro requests and entries.. Conduct audits in line with company compliance calendar. Generate and audit department and company reports, assisting with communication and distribution. Assist with implementation and management of company-wide Rewards & Recognition programs. Assist with hiring bonus and relocation programs. Corporate Payroll Collaborate with the LOA Manager on Leave of Absence (LOA) and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration. Learning and Development: 30% Conduct Corporate New Hire Orientation sessions. Manage training logistics, including room set-up, ordering supplies, printing material, booking hotel rooms, and any other tasks needed to deliver an excellent training experience Support company-wide survey initiatives, including exit interviews, new hire orientations, and other HR-related programs. Track and maintain accurate records for in-person and virtual training sessions Prepare training materials, including copying and assembling necessary documents. Recruiting: 20% Prepare for job fairs by ordering giveaways, marketing materials, and managing event logistics. Support recruiters with office tours and candidate interviews when needed Greet candidates and escort them to their interviews Book and manage travel arrangements for candidates, ensuring timely information and reimbursement handling. HR Generalist: 10% Maintain up-to-date and compliant HR files. Update and manage personnel records through accurate data entry for changes such as new hires, address updates, position and salary changes, and department transfers. Assist with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) updates. Plan and coordinate special events and meetings for the HR department as required. Provide general office support, including handling HR mail, managing years of service events, and ordering awards. Coordinate HR meeting schedules and logistics, including food orders and supply management. Support corporate employee engagement activities. And any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization's Values. Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 2+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong computer skills required, including MS Excel, Word, and Power Point. Ability to maintain record keeping and filing systems. Knowledge of generating and formatting reports. Knowledge of Payroll and/or Human Resource systems (Kronos and UltiPro) a plus. Organizing and prioritizing tasks to complete multiple and varied work assignments in a timely manner. Good problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills; high confidentiality is a must. Ability to work with many different HR functions at the same time
