401k & Company Match Position Summary: The Director RGM is responsible for setting the strategic pricing, promotion, product and placement direction for the breakfast and sweet baked goods categories. As the center of the commercial triangle, it is critical for this director to partner closely with the marketing teams to build a cohesive Brand strategy and execute it consistently through the customer and operations teams. Key Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute the 4 -P's strategies and tactical plans for the assigned categories. Proactively work-with assigned Brand teams, Business Units and Key Customer Teams on AOP, developing price/promos strategies that maximize growth and ROI. Work closely with cross functional groups from Finance, Marketing, and Key customer teams in ongoing analysis of current year plan. Monitor risk and opportunities for ongoing adjustment to strategies and tactics to achieve plan. Develop detailed pricing guidance to cover inflation flags from Finance/Procurement across all customers and channels including maintaining proper channel balance and setting promotional guardrails. In concert with media tactics, define a testing plan to pressure test elements of the RGM category leaders' pricing realization strategy for a brand. Develop and deploy series of tests to understand best tactics of using commercial dollars - promo, media, or other activation tactics. Engage with the front-line, customer teams and retailers to sell-in / design price and promo testing programs Guide Brand teams through portfolio optimization process leveraging data to make fact-based decisions. Lead Ad Hoc projects in and outside core responsibilities to build knowledge base within project that enhance company's growth and /or profitability. Balances desire to move quickly in establishing capability with considerations of ROI, and onboarding of new teams. Understands brand and customer priorities and uses the planning process to drive strategic alignment and execution of brand expectations. Balance supply constraints with fair trade deployment and new distribution authorization Responsible for recruiting, developing, and sustaining a diverse and high-performing team. Coach, guide, and mentor the team in managing and building their capabilities to provide career advancement opportunities within the organization. #LI-VB1 Position Requirements:

Education and Work History: Bachelor's degree in finance or Business-related field required. MBA preferred but not required.

CPG, Food Service, or DSD (Direct Store Delivery) experience required. 10+ years' experience with a CPG or durable company in trade management, channel management, brand management, insights, sales, or sales planning. 5+ years' experience in leading and developing multiple direct reports. Experience leading cross-functional teams of people with a track record of delivering superior results Comfortable leveraging data resources, tools, and building business models in MS Exce . Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines, well organized, and detail oriented. Strong written and oral communication skills along with MS PowerPoint presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization. Experience working in a remote team setting under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Relationship builder with excellent communication skills, empathy, and respect for diverse backgrounds and needs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to determine key issues and develop effective action plans. Skilled in channel management, brand management, and sales experience Physical Demands: Able to use a variety of communication methods frequently. Use a notebook computer and standard office equipment printers, fax, phone, etc. Able to sit, stand, stoop and have use of hand-motor coordination regularly. Use various forms of transportation for periodic periods.
