MEP Project ManagerJob Description:

We are looking to bring an MEP Manager to support multiple large and complex MEP construction projects in the Greater Philadelphia market. This role requires frequent travel to various sites within the greater Philadelphia area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or technical discipline

• 15+ years of experience managing mid to large size MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects

• Expertise in managing HVAC and piping projects, including handling schedules and financials

• Experience in running a job, tracking production in the field, and managing relationships with other vendors

• Effective team management and motivational skills

• Strong client relationship management

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Mentorship and leadership capabilities

Work Environment:

This is an on-site position throughout the Greater Philadelphia market, tied to their Horsham office.
