Position Summary: This position serves as the functional owner of the Oracle Manufacturing Bill of Materials and WIP modules for all North America bakeries. Maintenance of these modules is required to facilitate Bakery financial and operational performance measurement and improvement.
Key Job Responsibilities: Set direction for the Production Data Control function aligned with and supporting the goals of the North America Organization Ensure necessary Cross-functional Collaboration / Integration (across our Discipline & Others) Identify upstream and downstream process and system integrations and ensure appropriate hand-offs are in place, documented and understood. Represent the Production Data Control team in OCloud Steering Committee and other cross-functional or technical reviews and initiatives. Drive standardization of processes and support across the North America organizations Manage user provisioning activities for Oracle BOM and WIP modules Establish team service level agreements that support bakery operations and reporting needs while driving consistency, efficiency and cost optimization across the Organization Ensure appropriate control activities (SOD, SOX, GB Supervision) to mitigate risks are established and adhered to. Support internal and external Audit requests. Optimize / Develop / Improve Work Teams Lead special projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Exposure / Influence with Senior Leadership
Key Behavioral Competencies: Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking (creating plans and strategies to achieve goals) with the identification and implementation of tactical activities.
