As a Technical Product Manager, Promotional Content, you will be responsible for the orchestration of the technologies used to activate our Content Supply Chain technology stack. You will be responsible for an ecosystem of capabilities which enable creation and delivery of content across multiple customer types and personas. You will collaborate closely with other technology product groups, architecture, business partners, and 3rd parties to enable, advance, and maintain the content supply chain tech stack as well as multiple integrations required to ensure seamless flow of content from creation to dissemination across multiple channels. Your proven expertise in Technical Product Management will be crucial in successfully implementing and advancing the best in breed tools and platforms to elevate our marketing and content management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the initial implementation and subsequent advancement of net new content supply chain capabilities, including Adobe Experience Manager (Assets and Sites), Workfront, and Workfront Fusion, to enable fast paced marketing strategies and business goals.

  • Collaborate across teams and functions, including Commercial/Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and IT to define product requirements and roadmaps.

  • Coordinate the development and deployment of new features and enhancements for the Promotional Content Management products.

  • Lead all stages of product development, from initial planning to day-to-day operations.

  • In partnership with Business, define, track, and measure content stack Objectives and Key Results to ensure expected results are being met.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in promotional content management technology, including AI/genAI, to ensure our content supply chain remains world class.

  • Design and implement a technical support model.

  • Work with vendors and third-party providers to support the Content Supply Chain technology and ensure seamless integration of tools and platforms.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the Content stack, providing regular reports and actionable insights to our partners.

  • Assure that the Content Supply Chain technology aligns with J&J's data privacy regulations and company policies in a rigorous manner.

Qualifications

  • Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or an equivalent field.

  • 8 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating your proven expertise in Technical Product Management preferably in a promotional content/marketing technology environment.

  • Demonstrated success in leading multiple cross-functional self-organized teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

  • Excellent technology program / project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage and inspire teams.

  • Preferred:

  • Strong and demonstrated knowledge of marketing technologies and platforms, including marketing workflow automation, content creation, and DAM.

  • Equipped with foundational knowledge and methods to identify, engage, and build empathy with customers, and apply these methods to your daily work.

  • Emphasize business adaptability, agile project delivery with a willingness to learn from failures, and measurable achievements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.

  • Contributes with ideas that challenge thinking, bringing fresh perspectives to our marketing technology initiatives.

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring the integrity and security of our content management processes.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
