Our construction client is looking for a contract to hire accounting clerk to join their growing team - if you have the requirements and experience below, please apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks and ensure it's up-to-date

• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded

• Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner

• Assist the Accounting Manager with various tasks as needed

• Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts

• Ensure all data entry is accurate and up-to-date

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Possess proficiency in Account Reconciliation.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Must have strong Data Entry skills.

• Capability to efficiently handle Invoice Processing.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for accounting purposes.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks for managing financial transactions.

• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work outputs.

• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.
