Cindy Bradley at Robert Half is on a search for an experienced Accounting Manager for an immediate opening at an innovative, on-the-rise Services related industry. This role will work directly for the Family office. This position, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, including maintaining the general ledger system, preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. The ideal candidate should be able to establish and scale company accounting and finance operations. How you will make an impact

• Prepare a variety of technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures

• Work alongside FP& A and accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

• Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts owned by Senior Accountant

• Play a key role in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, which includes system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration

• Contribute to the preparation of GAAP financial statements, which includes document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

• Possess a working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

• Lead and supervise the accounting team performance during the closing process to ensure close deadlines are met

Requirements

• Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred

• Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation

• Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

• Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

• Solid technology and analytical abilities

• 5+ years of recent relevant financial experience

• Intercompany Accounting experience preferred

• Command of Microsoft Excel

• Family Office experience

• Real Estate Investment Trusts experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

• Prefer High Net Wealth/Family office experience
