Honeywell Aftermarket Parts Sales Leader - Combustion in Houston, Texas

As an Aftermarket Parts Sales Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing all aspect of engagements with existing and new customers for our Callidus organization. In this role, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing the sales process, building strong relationships with customers, and offering appropriate products and solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers and utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase aftermarket parts sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing customers

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Callidus aftermarket parts, including features, benefits and applications

  • Work cross-functionally to identify customer needs, develop sales strategies, and deliver innovative solutions

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

This role requires 75% travel

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aftermarket parts sales or a related field

  • Experience in the petroleum refining, petrochemical, or gas processing industries

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Excellent customer relationship management abilities
