Job Description

Insight Global's client is a top performing law firm with over 100 years of experience and is seeking an Associate Attorney to assist onsite 5 days a week at their headquarters in Houston, TX.

This firm specializes in many practice areas such as Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, Employee Litigation, Insurance Litigation, and many others. This is a mainly plaintiff side firm but they do have some defense cases. This person will be working alongside the Partners of the law firm and with the support of multiple paralegals will get to be autonomous on most of their cases as well as provide support on larger cases. With over 7 different states they practice in and continuing expansion, this is a great opportunity for mentorship and growth.

Skills and Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience as an attorney

• 2+ years of deposition experience (taking and defending depositions)

• Commercial litigation experience

• Barred in TX - Experienced with insurance litigation (specifically insurance denials for commercial or residential)

• Trial experience null
