Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Audit Manager in Houston, Texas. The role involves managing and overseeing auditing functions within the telecom industry. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and supervise audit engagements, ensuring compliance and accuracy in auditing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising audit engagements to ensure timely completion

• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and ERP for efficient auditing processes

• Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations

• Utilizing auditing tools such as 3M and CaseWare for effective audit program execution

• Overseeing comprehensive auditing processes, including financial statement audits

• Employing Accounting Functions to maintain and improve financial health of the company

• Regularly reviewing and updating auditing procedures and practices

• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to discuss audit findings and resolutions

• Developing and implementing strategies to improve auditing processes and efficiency

• Communicating audit findings and recommendations to senior management. Requirements • The candidate must have proficiency in using 3M.

• The role requires knowledge of various accounting software systems.

• The candidate must have the ability to manage audit programs effectively.

• Experience with CaseWare is a requirement for this role.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential.

• The candidate must be able to manage various accounting functions.

• Experience with audit engagements is necessary.

• The candidate must have skills in auditing.

• The role requires knowledge and understanding of compliance regulations.

• The candidate must have the ability to prepare and analyze financial statements.
