Position Overview

The Clinical Sales Representative is responsible for creating a positive professional customer experience and expanding system utilization. This includes launching new programs, providing product training, continued expertise for current customers, and developing a pipeline of new users. In addition, the Clinical Sales Representative will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of training programs and provide first-line feedback to the corporate office so that future resources and developments can be prioritized. The Clinical Sales Representative will work with the Director of Sales to build quarterly plans that support and expand system utilization as well as overall growth of existing accounts within their geography. The Clinical Sales Representative will also have an active role in increasing awareness of the portfolio across the region through targeted market development activity.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for the launch of new programs, including training, ongoing support, and expansion of the program

  • Develop/Expand programs and foster an excellent customer experience

  • Through targeted sales activities increase utilization of technology

  • Achieve quarterly goals by increasing current install base utilization and managing a pipeline of new users

  • Support regional sales and marketing development events that create system awareness and treatment adoption

  • Be a resource to the internal team by providing guidance and insight on the use of the systems, suggestions for improvement, and suggestions for additional use scenarios

  • Self-motivated to manage regional logistics, training documents, calendars, and quarterly goals

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Willingness to be flexible in adapting to an ever-changing hyper-growth company environment

Qualifications

Core Competencies, Skills, and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Two years of work experience, medical industry preferred

  • Prior clinical sales or clinical field training experience preferred

  • Proven record of achievement and leadership

  • Ambition and strong work ethic

  • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills

  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Willingness to be flexible in adapting to an ever-changing hyper-growth company environment

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
