Job Description

An employer in the Houston, TX area is seeking a Commercial Associate to join their Middle Market team. This team is responsible for loan services within the organization's Commercial Banking line of business. The Commercial Associate will be responsible for successful processing of loans as well as providing guidance and support to relationship associates on their team. On a daily basis, the commercial associate will act as a liaison between the client and the internal backend teams. They will be required to collect and order documentation, coordinate closing and funding, clearing of exceptions and overall support of the client's loan experience. Additionally, they will help to manage the team's pipeline, train and guide junior associates and manage multiple tasks at a time.

This role is offering an annual salary of a range between $60 - 100K

Skills and Requirements

5-10 years experience in a banking / lending environment

Experience providing client support in the lending process

Strong understanding of loan processes and funding

Bachelors Degree Credit background

Retail banking experience null
