Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $28 hr

What’s a typical day as a Contract Analyst? You’ll be:

• Supporting the post-award commercial management of Supply Chain Contracts.

• Creating and tracking vendor master tickets and supplier registration requests.

• Providing current Contract or Approved Legal Form to Commercial Strategy Lead.

• Ensuring all contract documents are uploaded to the relevant contract record.

• Creating and managing the system price book for electronic billing payment.

• Supporting operations on contract disputes and supplier inquiries.

• Managing and executing system changes to contracts requested by the Buyer.

• Running and analyzing internal reports on Supplier/Category Contract spend and term.

• Assisting in generating weekly and daily reports as needed.

• Supporting the Buyer with any additional requirements.

Requirements:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree.

• Have experience with SAP and Excel.

• Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Are able to work in a hybrid work schedule.

• Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
