Required Experience:

5+ years Chef experience or 10 years of catering/banquet/high volume culinary events Food cost, labor cost, or menu development

Valid DL, good driving record and reliable transportation English Speaker Willing to travel 50-75%

Offsite Project Schedule 30 days on/ 14 days off

Must be over 21 years old

Preferred Experience:

RV and mobile vehicle kitchen experience. Culinary Degree

$20/hour/Contract/Per Diem
