We are looking to add a Desktop Support Analyst to our dynamic team in the healthcare industry, located in Houston, Texas. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client support requests, determining the nature of their problems and providing effective solutions.

• Travel to clients' locations or connect remotely to resolve technical issues.

• Troubleshoot both hardware and software issues, ensuring optimal system performance.

• Install and maintain hardware and computer peripherals, adhering to best practices and guidelines.

• Update and upgrade operating systems and computer software to enhance system functionality.

• Troubleshoot networking and connection issues, ensuring seamless connectivity.

• Advise clients on potential software or hardware upgrades to enhance system performance.

• Provide basic training to clients in computer operation and management.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of job reports and ordering of supplies.

• Utilize various technologies including Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, Deskside Support, Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, and Windows Azure.

Requirements • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems and Mac Computers

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Configuration Management

• Experience with Deployments and Deskside Support

• Comfortable with Windows 11 and Windows Azure

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, healthcare/NHS industry

• Previous experience as a Desktop Support Analyst is desirable

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
