Description We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in the construction and contractor industry in Houston, Texas. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT support, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computers and software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support to customers, resolving technical issues efficiently

• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications

• Install, upgrade, and maintain software applications as needed

• Utilize knowledge of construction applications, such as AutoDesk and BlueBeam

• Perform tasks related to Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, and EO/IR systems

• Work with Mac Computers and Microsoft Active Directory

• Handle tasks related to computer hardware, configuration management, and deployments

• Provide deskside support to users, ensuring all IT-related issues are addressed promptly and effectively

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account activity. Requirements • Proficient in Citrix Technologies

• Experienced in working with Dell Technologies

• Understanding of EO/IR systems

• Proficient in the use of Mac Computers

• Expertise in Microsoft software and applications

• Knowledge of Active Directory

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Experienced in handling Deployments

• Ability to provide Deskside Support

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Strong attention to detail
