Job Description

As a Dual Licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist, you will provide a range of skin care and massage treatments to our guests, utilizing your expertise in both disciplines to deliver comprehensive and personalized care. Your role will include performing facials, body treatments, and massages while ensuring a luxurious and relaxing experience for each guest. You will also uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Duties: Responsible for setting up the treatment rooms according to procedures and disposing of laundry in a timely basis.

• Skin Care Services: Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, exfoliations, masks, and other skin care services tailored to individual skin types and conditions in accordance with Omni Standards.

• Massage Therapy: Provide a range of massage techniques, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy, in accordance with Omni Standards.

• Customer Service: Ensure a high standard of guest service by delivering a professional, attentive, and empathetic experience, and addressing any concerns or special requests.

• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and spa areas, following all sanitation state board guideline protocols to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest skin care and massage products, and Hotel promotions. Strive to consistently encourage upgrades and produce a minimum of 10% in retail sales per day / week/ month.

• Hotel Knowledge: Know and share information about the Hotel and activities, demonstrate this knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation and Hotel/activity information to our guests and employee partner.

• Department Knowledge: Conduct tours of the Salon and related facilities.

• Follow Proper Protocal: B egin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures of all treatments are being followed at all times. Ensure all professional stock is being used in compliance with the PAR levels to assist with reduction in product waste.

• Record Keeping: Ensure all guests depart with a completed prescription form after each and every service.

• Team Collaboration: To work as part of the spa therapy team to consistently provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.

• Certifications: Valid Massage Therapist, Esthetician/Cosmetologist License in the state of Texas, valid TABC Certification.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a Massage Therapist and Esthetician at a hotel spa or similar setting is preferred.

• Skills: Proficiency in both Massage Therapy and Esthetic Services. Strong knowledge in both fields, products, and services. Excellent customer service skills.

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build repport with Guests and Coworkers.

• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and committment to providing personalized and high-quality service.

• Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends. Providing on-call availability to manager on a weekly basis.
