Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Assist and support the E&M System Superintendent and Shift Supervisors
Conform to company QHSE&S policies and procedures
Carry out maintenance and operational tasks on Company equipment as instructed by the E&M System Shift Supervisor and as required by Company and manufacturers’ procedures and manuals.
Conduct relevant equipment function checks against relevant standard checklists.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
High school graduate, Diploma, Technical Degree
3 years experience in offshore construction industry
Knowledge of the Project operations to be undertaken
Experience in offshore environment
In possession of relevant trade certificate (Electrical/Subsea)
Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting PLCs (Siemens Step 7 with ability to learn to work on Allen Bradley)
Experience in the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of medium voltage electrical systems (440V to 600V 3-Phase Power)
Experience in the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of 24V control systems
Experience operating flexible or rigid lay systems or similar equipment
Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate in spoken and written English
Offshore Personal Safety and Survival Training.
Suitable Offshore Personal Medical Certificate – ENG1 or Equivalent.
