Description We are seeking an ERP Integration Manager to join our team in the construction industry, located in Houston, Texas. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be responsible for managing various HRIS operations, leading teams, and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage teams to apply new skills and techniques to meet business needs.

• Handle the processing of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and monitor customer accounts.

• Manage HRIS operations and ensure the effective use of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

• Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement appropriate solutions.

• Utilize strong project management and organizational skills to prioritize responsibilities.

• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with multiple priorities.

• Use advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite and basic understanding of SQL.

• Understand and communicate technical documentation, both functionally and technically, at all levels of the organization.

• Show capability to work remotely, participate in virtual conference calls, and travel for team and group events as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in cloud technologies, CRM, and database management

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with EO/IR systems and Epicor

• Familiarity with AB testing techniques

• Understanding of business process functions and business requirement documents

• Experience in change and configuration management

• Ability to work in a construction/contractor industry

• Demonstrated experience in managing ERP integrations

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
