CompuCom Field Services Refresh Technician in Houston, Texas

Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Refresh Technician to join their team onsite in Houston, TX. This role is a short term contract for the duration of 2 months, and the technician will work the day shift, Monday to Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware refresh including computers, laptops, mobiles, HHT, printers, and video conferencing

  • Perform computer inventory

  • Coordinate delivery

  • Perform IMAC support

  • Coordinate with, perform refresh for, maintain, and support third party vendors

  • Support VIP and other end users

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous refresh experience is a plus

  • Experience with Windows 10 and 11

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Able to work with other team members successfully

Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
