Robert Half Help Desk Analyst II in Houston, Texas

Description We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team. The role is primarily based in Houston, Texas. As a Help Desk Analyst II, you'll be tasked with providing technical assistance, managing AV equipment, and liaising with various teams across multiple locations. The position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to service desk queries and issues

• Setting up and managing Microsoft Teams Kits and Rooms for seamless communication

• Cooperating with remote field operations and offices across the US, with a possibility of travel

• Assisting in the management of vendors to ensure quality of service

• Taking charge of basic troubleshooting tasks, using remote desk tools when necessary

• Supporting the operation of 60 conference rooms across the US, ensuring all AV equipment is functioning optimally

• Working with digital signage and teams conference rooms to facilitate efficient communication

• Utilizing your skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Mac Computers to enhance service provision

• Ensuring accurate configuration management and deployment of computer hardware and software

• Utilizing Microsoft Active Directory to manage user accounts and access rights. Requirements

• Proficiency in Android Development, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.

• Extensive knowledge of Cisco Technologies, including the ability to manage and maintain network systems.

• Demonstrated competence in Citrix Technologies, including the ability to support virtual desktop infrastructure.

• Familiarity with Mac Computers, including troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and systems, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experience with Active Directory, including managing user accounts and handling access control.

• Demonstrated competence in Apple Devices, including troubleshooting, setup, and maintenance.

• Extensive knowledge of Computer Hardware, including the ability to diagnose and fix hardware issues.

• Proficiency in Configuration Management, including the ability to maintain and improve system configurations.

• Experience with Deployments, including the ability to manage and oversee software and hardware installations.
