Robert Half Help Desk Analyst in Houston, Texas

Description We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for solving technical problems and helping customers navigate complex technological issues. You will also have the opportunity to grow within the tech industry and contribute to our team's success. This role offers a contract-to-hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in resolving technical issues with a focus on customer service and satisfaction

• Utilize various technologies such as Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Active Directory to provide effective solutions

• Manage and maintain customer records and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

• Handle computer hardware issues and conduct configuration management tasks

• Support customers with Google Apps, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Drive, and other software tools

• Participate in Deskside Support and provide assistance with Desktop Hardware

• Continually learn and grow within the tech industry, maintaining a dedication to progress and improvement

• Use problem-solving skills to tackle challenges head-on and provide effective solutions

• Maintain a customer-focused mindset, prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction in all tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is necessary for this role.

• Ability to work with databases is required.

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems is essential.

• Candidates must have experience with Lotus Notes.

• Familiarity with Active Directory is needed.

• Applicants should have an understanding of Computer Hardware.

• Configuration Management skills are required.

• Deskside Support experience is a must.

• Desktop Hardware knowledge is necessary.

• Familiarity with Google Apps, Google Calendar, Google Docs and Google Drive is needed.

• Candidates must be able to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.

• Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United States.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
