Description We are seeking a HR Project Manager to join our team located in Houston, Texas. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and involves working in the Energy/Chemicals industry. You will be primarily responsible for managing various aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with Texas and local requirements, and contributing to a mixture of onsite and remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of HR operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

• Stay updated with Texas and local compliance requirements including payroll and vacation policies, and implement them appropriately.

• Manage HR projects in the Energy/Chemicals industry, utilizing industry knowledge to drive success.

• Utilize tools such as ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to assist in HR operations.

• Leverage Core HR and EHR SYSTEM skills to streamline HR processes and operations.

• Assist in the audit preparation process, attending pre-audit calls as required.

• Be available onsite at the Houston office during audit field work periods.

• Contribute remotely to audit reporting, providing necessary input for the issuance of the audit report.

• Use communication skills to effectively resolve customer inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Adhere to compliance guidelines and regulations throughout all HR processes and operations. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Comprehensive knowledge of Core HR practices and processes

• Experience with EHR SYSTEM and About Time software

• Understanding of Benefit Functions in HR management

• Ability to manage Budget Processes within the HR department

• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of Compliance requirements in HR management
