About the Role:

The HR Advisor is responsible for supporting the end-to-end AMERICAS HRS operating model. Responsible for introducing innovative ways of working, ensuring continuous development of service excellence and improvement to deliver a consistently high level of quality for our colleagues. Advisory support to harmonized tiers of HRS case management, raise HRS Team expertise, facilitate change management and partner with various functional teams on resolution of any identified gaps and/or issues. Ensure the delivery of services are in line with contractual obligations through management of SLAs and customer satisfaction results.

Responsibilities:

  • Working knowledge of local employment legislation (US or Canada)

  • Educated at undergraduate level (or HR experience equivalent of 3 to 5 years)

  • Customer focused – excellent customer service, timely responses to employees, HRS, HRBP on complaints or any related issues or escalations

  • Manage the timely resolution of customer issues including handling customer escalations, perform and document Root Cause Analysis and implement remedial procedures to close identified gaps.

  • Proficient knowledge of HR systems, such as Workday and ServiceNow.

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

  • Use discretion and maintain confidentiality

  • Excellent knowledge and practical experience across a range of problem, change and incident management scenarios

  • Proven track record of tenacity, positive drive to complete tasks, seek solutions to challenges and maintain focus through to completion

  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.

  • Work towards achieving and exceeding KPIs.

  • Support the execution of global HR strategy, operating model, architecture and roadmaps for delivering excellent service which will ensure the successful delivery of AVEVA’s vision.

  • Deliver on key milestones against project plan(s) or delivery timelines.

  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day deliverables of the AMERICAS operating model, provide support to staff to ensure achievement of operational targets and risk mitigation.

  • Ensure all statutory reporting is completed accurately and on time and that processes comply with internal and external audit requirements to protect employees and AVEVA.

  • Assist in the creation and validation of SOPs and vendor contracts to ensure accurate and achievable delivery of services, consistency of approach within the teams and to achieve HRS synergies globally within AVEVA.

  • Assist with affirmative action programs.

  • Leverage standardized global processes, tools, and technologies to ensure quality service to our customers.

  • Support AMERICAS HR Services operations in areas of HR system enhancements and user acceptance testing. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to plan, design, develop and continuously evaluate and improve HRS systems functionality, programs, policies for greater efficiency throughout HR Services.

  • Promote a culture and environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement in pursuit of enhanced customer satisfaction and personal development.

Salary Range:

$62,000.00 - $103,400.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
